I’ve been studying anthroposophy and it has deepen my understanding of what Jesus did for us and deepen my appreciation.
Imagine being a normal person and purifying yourself, putting aside your own will to take on the great Christ spirit.
And then to allow yourself to be sacrificed. Imagine devoting your whole life to humankind and then having them put you to death.
It’s a soul, shaking experience to actually understand the depth of what Jesus did for us.
An incredibly humbling understanding.
Imagine that Jesus was your child and having to watch him go through this.
Mary also sacrificed for us.
